휴일 즐겁게 보내셨나요? 맛짱은 하루종일 뒹굴뒹굴~ㅎㅎ
비오는 휴일은 푹 쉬면서 보냈습니다. 늦은 아침을 먹고..저녁을 먹기까지 어중뗀시간이라~
집에 있는 팬케이크 믹스를 이용하여 간단한 간식을 만들어 보았어요.
돌돌말아서 만든 재미나는 소시지빵!
야채맛이 향긋한 초간단 간식, 소시지팬케이크랍니다.
◈ 야채맛이 향긋한 소시지팬케이크 ◈
[재료] 우리밀팬케이크가루 175그램, 소시지 5개, 양파 2분의1개, 당근4분의1개, 달걀1개, 물 130ml, 기름
요즘은 믹스가 정말 다양한 종류로 많이 나오고 있어요.
오늘은 시판용 우리밀 핫케이크를 이용하여 간단하게 만들었는데요.
한박스에 2봉지가 들어 있는데 한봉지만 만들어 가족들이 간단한 간식으로 먹었어요.
글라스락에 담겨 있는 소시지는 냉동보관을 하였던 것인데요~
실온에서 자연해동을 한뒤에 조리를 하였답니다.
당근과 양파는 잘게 다진뒤에 실리콘찜기에 담은뒤에 뚜껑을 닫고 1분 30초 돌려서 익힌뒤에 완전히 식힌다.
해동한 소시지는 끓는물에 데쳐서 식히고, 달걀의 알끈을 제거한뒤에 물을 넣어 잘 풀어준다.
달걀물에 팬케이크와 완전히 식은 양파와 당근을 넣어 잘 섞어준다.
* 팬케이크 반죽은 일반 팬케이크 반죽보다 조금 묽게한다.
(일반팬케이크 물양-100ml, 야채맛 소시지빵의 물양 - 130ml)
약한불에서 프라이팬을 충분히 예열을 식히고,
기름을 떨어뜨린후에 종이타올을 닦아 기름기가 팬에 묻을 정도로 만들어준다.
국자를 이용해 반국자정도를 길게 펴 준다.
반죽표면에 기포가 생기기 시작을 하면 소시지를 올리고 돌돌 굴려가면 말아주고,
약한불에서 굴려가며 노릇하게 구워준다.
팬 한쪽에 밀어 놓으면서 만들면 되는데요~
맛짱네 팬은 3개정도를 만들수 있네요.^^
개인의 기호에 따라 일반 팬케이크처럼 동그랗게 만들고 싶다면.. 위에 사진처럼!
프라이팬이 달구어진뒤에 팬케이크 반죽을 올리고 동그랗게 자른 소시지를 올려준다.
반죽에 기포가 생기기 시작을 하면 반으로 접어서 완전히 익혀준다.
* 덜익었을때 접으면 모양이 흐뜨러지고, 너무 익은뒤에 접으면 팬케이크 반죽이 부서지니 주의.
팬케이크 1봉지를 이용하여 만든 양이예요.
돌돌말은 롤소시지빵이 3개, 지름 10센치정도의 팬케이크를 반으로 접은것이 9개가 만들어 지더라고요.
돌돌 말을 소시지 팬케이크는 핫도그마냥 꼬치에 끼워서 그대로 먹어도 되지만,
한입크기로 잘라 담으면 아주 이쁘답니다.
요렇게 말이죠. 돌돌말은 소시지 팬케이크 한 입에 쏙 들어가는 정도로 잘라서 담았습니다.
반달모양 팬케이크는 그대로..
한개씩 집어 먹기에 딱 좋은 정도이고요~
시럽이나 소스가 전혀 필요 없고요.
간단한 차와 과일을 곁들이면 된답니다.
소시지의 살짝 짭쪼롬한 맛과 팬케이크의 달콤한 맛이 아주 잘 어울린답니다.
요렇게 먹기 좋게 꼬치에 끼워서 담아내도 짱! ^^
맛짱네 휴일, 점심과 저녁사이 간식으로 맛있게 먹었답니다.
만들면서 먹으면서 찍다보니.. 전체사진을 찍지를 못하였어요.
ㅋ~ 전체사진을 찍었는 줄 알았는데.. 메모리를 보니 없더라고요~
알았을때는 이미 배속으로 ~^^;;
하여간에 먹는것 앞에서는 정신이 없는 맛짱입니다.
