맛짱네는 가끔.. 자주..ㅎㅎ 만들어 먹는것이 김치 볶음밥이예요.
오늘은 아이가 학교를 다녀와서.. 이른저녁을 먹고 학원에 가야하는데.. 김치볶음밥이 먹고 싶다고 하네요.
그래서 집에 있는 소스를 이용하여 소스에 뿌려 먹는 김치 볶음밥을 만들었답니다.
식사시간이 어중떼서 조금만 먹겟다는 아이는..한그릇을 맛잇게 먹고, 그릇을 말끔히 비웠네요~^^
◈ 소스에 비벼먹는 참치김치볶음밥 ◈
[재료1~2인분]
김치 대중 잘게 잘라서 1공기(국물을 대충 짜고 줄기부분을 이용한다.), 밥 1공기반(데워서)
참치 2분의1캔, 옥수수통조림, 달걀(후라이용),소금, 후추가루, 기름
*** 위에 참치는 기호에 따라 넣으면 되고, 김치만볶거나 오징어나 돼지고기등으로 바꾸어도된다.
재료 준비가 다 되면 소스를 먼저 만들어 식지 않게 두세요.
볶음밥에 웬소스?하시겟지만..
오늘은 철판 볶음밥집에서 나오는 소스를 흉내..ㅋ 아니지.. 집에있는 재료로 소스를 만들어 보았어요.
[재료]물 2분의1컵, 케챂3수저, 스파게티소스 2수저
소스라고 해봤자 별거 아니예요.^^;; 세가지를 한꺼번에 섞어서 팔팔 끓이면 완성!!
그렇지만.. 이소스 하나로 김치볶음밥의 맛의 격이 달라진답니다. ㅎㅎㅎ
미리 만들어 놓으면 편리한 스파게티소스보러가기--> ♬ 토마토(스파게티, 피자)소스 만들기
팬에 약간의 기름을 두루고 참치와 김치를 넣고 볶은후에 밥을 넣어 볶는다.
소금과 후추가루를 넣어 약간 싱겁게 간을 하고(김치의 간이 짜면 소금은 넣치 않아도 된다)
통조림 옥수수를 넣어서 잘 섰은뒤에 접시에 담고 달걀 후라이를 만든다.
사실 참치와 김치만 있으면 별다른 재료가 없어도 찌개에 볶음까지 여러가지 요리를 할 수 있어요.
김치 볶음밥은 반찬이 없을때 간단히 먹는 일품요리로..조리도 빠르답니다.
접시에 '참치김치볶음밥'을 담고, 달걀후라이를 올린후에 소스를 넉넉히 뿌려 낸다.
김치 볶음밥에 소스를 뿌려 먹으면 정말로 맛있어요.
다 먹도록 밥이 덜 식고, 볶음밥이 촉촉하다는것 맛볼 수 있답니다.
마치 예전에 철판 볶음밥을 먹는듯한 맛과 그 느낌이예요.
그냥 볶음밥만 먹어도 되지만.. 조금 허전~!!
눈과 맛의 허전함을 달래기위해 노란 달걀 후라이 한개 얹고!
참치김치볶음밥과 달걀후라이와 함께 먹는맛은 드셔보신분은 다 알지요.
매운맛과 달걀의 궁합을..ㅎㅎ
요즘 김치가 맛잇게 익어가고 있지요?
